What is Tyvek®?
This unique material is made from very fine, high-density polyethylene (H.D.P.E.) fibers that are spun at high speeds to interlock in random patterns, resulting in a superior fabric that is tough as nails but also lightweight and breathable. These distinct properties make it a popular material for the medical packaging, construction, envelopes and packaging, protective garments, graphics, tags and labels. Tyvek is also low-linting, smooth and opaque.
Is Tyvek® toxic and recyclable?
The ph neutral Tyvek material is non-toxic and is printed with SGS environmentally friendly inks. Tyvek is made with 25% recycled material and is itself 100% recyclable. Tyvek® products are made of an environmentally friendly material and are fully recyclable in the same way as plastic. Even printed Tyvek® products are recyclable.
Can I write on Tyvek®?
Yes. Most inks and many markers work on Tyvek®, although some may “run” or “feather”. For best results, try permanent markers, ball point pens, or a No. 2 pencil.
What kind of artwork files do you accept?
We preferred files was created in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw etc.
How can I send the artwork to you?
The easiest and fastest way to send label artwork is via email.
How should I do with the original document?
Please convert the text into paths, thus they can be correctly displayed; make sure that the document includes all necessary images that should not be lower than 300 DPI; convert the color of the linked pictures from RGB to CMYK; make sure that 3mm bleeding has been set.
Can you design my tyvek products for me?
Simple type-setting and layout artwork is available in-house for a very reasonable hourly rate. For more complex design, we can recommend several talented outside design artists to you.
What methods of payment does China Printing Online accept?
We accept T/T in advance: Wire transfer, Western Union or Money Gram.
I need to update my order or shipping information, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible via phone or via email. Please included your order reference number and any information that needs to be changed.
How long will it take to get my tyvek products?
Lead times are depend upon orders in our plant and the quantity of your order. Obviously, new order may require tooling and proofing which can delay production, but we would let you know when you place the order.
Can I track my tyvek products order?
Once your tyvek products are shipped you will receive an email with complete order information.
