How are 3D Dome Stickers made?

• Printing

The design is printed onto a durable substrate (or self-adhesive stickers) such as vinyl, polyester, or polycarbonate. Printing methods like Screen Printing, Digital Printing, UV Printing, and more.

• Cutting

After the printing process, the stickers are precisely cut to the desired shape and size.

• Doming

Pouring a mixture of clear liquid resin or polyurethane on top of the sticker by using our label doming equipment. This material is self-leveling and will create a dome shape as it cures. Epoxy resin or polyurethane is poured and spread evenly.

• Curing
