LEXAN films like 8A13, 8A35, 8B35, 8A37, OQ92S, FR60, FR63 etc. We have equivalent polycarbonate film which is cheaper than Lexan brand polycarbonate films.
Thickness of Lexan Polycarbonate Films
125 microns (0.005″, 5mils, 0.125mm), 175 microns (0.007″, 7mils, 0.175mm), 250 microns (0.01″, 10mils, 0.25mm), 380 microns (0.015″, 15mils, 0.38mm), 500 microns (0.02″, 20mils, 0.50mm), 760 microns (0.030″, 30mils, 0.76mm).
Commonly used is 250 microns thickness.
Lexan Polycarbonate Films Temperature Ranges
Lexan Polycarbonate Film is extremely durable in harsh environments and has exceptional temperature characteristics performing well in conditions ranging from 60°C (140°F) to 125°C (257°F).
Lexan Graphic Overlays Printing Processes
Silk screen printing(Spot Colors), UV offset printing(CMYK Full Color, CMYK+White, Bulk order) and UV digital printing(Prototyping, CMYK Full Color Designs, CMYK+White).
The printing process is normally done on the underside of plastic to ensure durability. Sub-surface printed Lexan Graphic Overlays provide permanent protection to the graphics, they are chemical and abrasion resistant and UV impervious. These custom made Lexan Graphic Overlays are generally printed on Lexan with a high tac permanent adhesive applied after printing. They also work well for face plates with embossed buttons for membrane switch activation.
Lexan Graphic Overlays Printing Color
We can do PMS Colors with silk screen printing method, CMYK Full Color Printing Lexan Graphic Overlays by UV Digital Printing or UV Offset Printing Machine.

Clear Windows for Displays or Indicator Lights, Transparent Windows, Adhesive-free Windows, Tinted Windows.
The clear finish is desirable for panel front overlays with LED or LCD displays.
Transparent and tinted windows and graphics for backlighting for LCDs, LEDs and other displays.
Dead front windows are possible. Hidden graphics, with your message appearing when label is illuminated from the back.
Lexan Graphic Overlays Adhesives
A wide variety of premium 3M® brand adhesives is available to provide the optimum bond to your attachment surface, including 3M’s line of high performance 3M 467MP, 3M 468MP, 3M 300LSE, 3MVHB and Nitto Adhesive etc. Adhesive or selective adhesive can be added for simple application procedures.
3M 467MP: Recommended for Smooth or Light Textured Surfaces.
3M 468MP: Recommended for Medium Textured to Rough Surfaces.
3M 300LSE: Recommended for Low Surface Energy Plastics or Polypropylenes.
